3. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Rules

All bonus funds have an expiry period — unused bonuses will be forfeited after the stated deadline.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus winnings must be wagered at least 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
Bets placed on games that are restricted or excluded from the promotion will not count toward wagering requirements.
Jilino01 monitors betting patterns. Bets that are clearly designed to circumvent wagering requirements — such as low-risk hedged bets — may be voided at our discretion.
Any attempt to abuse promotions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect, you must notify Jilino01 within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and provide a written response. Claims raised after 30 days may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
